A delicious play about the Zen of dishwashing!
A young high flyer, a curmudgeon, and a dish jockey sadly well past his sell by date come together deep down in the bowels of an upmarket restaurant. Dressler, Emmett and Moss each have their own strange and elaborate relationship with the job, which they share with each other as they wash the endless supply of crockery that descends from above.
In this world of dirty dishes, soapsuds and despair, playwright Morris Panych brings wit and humour to their quest for existential meaning.
Morris Panych’s plays have been produced across the UK, Canada and the United States and he is best known for the hugely successful West End production of Auntie and Me starring Alan Davies and Marcia Warren.
